Our system is designed to handle remote offices. Each office is run impendent of each other. The charges, warehouse, and service orders are unique to each office. Your office in Oklahoma can't view the work your office in California is doing. Each user, Administrator, and Technician can only view and modify the work assigned to his or her office.

You can assign Super-user's who may view everything for all of your offices. Your Warehouse manager can view all warehouse operations for all offices but not view the route sheet or accounting. Local office managers can only view personal and work assigned to their office and no other.

You can even have a Super-Dispatch that can complete jobs, install equipment and charge the work order for all offices. This gives you the ability for central Dispatching. We even automatically generate the required competition report for each office with just a few clicks.
