| Infrastructure –
We provide the hardware, storage and communications infrastructure.
Depending on your requirements, you could have a dedicated server
or use ours. But all this does is determine the monthly lease
fee – you don’t have to provide and maintain the
hardware.
Installation –
is pretty much eliminated. Our applications are already installed,
and being used by our client base. Adding another user organization
doesn’t require another installation of the software
(unless you are the person who is using the Auto-Parser and
even then, we walk you through the installation)
Maintenance –
we maintain the hardware and software upgrades. Your need
for expensive IT technical support is just about eliminated.
We do all the heavy lifting on maintenance. While it’s
covered in your monthly lease fee, it’s clearly less
expensive all around for us to provide technical support for
multiple customers using the same application, than for each
customer to provide its own dedicated IT support personnel,
and the dedicated training and commitment that goes with that.
This allows an overworked internal support team to focus on
applications and infrastructure that are still managed internally.
