IRD Management
IRD's are installed by Dispatch when they update the work order. IRD's are removed from the technicians inventory by Dispatch. IRD tracking includes installed inventory, warehouse inventory, deleted inventory and separated by company the work was billed to. A simple hand keyboard wedge works with our system for accurate box and card number; to eliminate human error. Dispatch enters IRD information at the time technician call's in the job for completion. This tracks the IRD from customer account to technician truck and allows the warehouse person to simply recover the IRD by scanning the box number.
